Cross Training

Cross training is not required, but highly reccomended for snowboarding at a high level.

The focus of our cross training sessions is to develop our physical fitness to avoid injury and progress our snowboard skill.

We host our cross training sessions using gymnastic equipment, skateparks, and the great outdoors.

Cross training opportunities are announced through our email list, and average $15/session, and are usually 1.5-2 hours long.
